Virtual Event Sales Lab™ – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Virtual Event Sales Lab™ provided by Angela Sundust on behalf of Virtual Entrepreneurcity ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any content, you (“Client”) agree to these legally binding terms:

1. Scope of Membership

Upon joining, you receive access to:

  • Weekly live Q&A, strategy, and Implementation calls

  • Recordings of all calls inside the Virtual Event Sales Lab Portal

  • Ongoing access to the Virtual Event Sales Lab Portal (while an active member)

  • Resource Library with digital downloads, trackers, and templates

  • Client Spotlight Opportunities (available as long as membership is active)

  • Private support community for connection, collaboration, and wins

  • Grandfathered membership rate – your investment will never increase as long as you remain an active member

We reserve the right to update or replace features with equal or improved alternatives as needed.

2. Client Agreement

By joining, you agree to:

  • Be responsible for your own implementation, outcomes, and decisions

  • Participate respectfully in the membership and community

  • Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your own effort

  • Acknowledge that this membership is not therapy or a substitute for medical/mental health treatment

  • Communicate during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET (responses outside these hours are not guaranteed)

3. Payment, Refund & Renewal

By joining, you understand that:

  • Payment is due upon enrollment

  • No refunds are provided for memberships or digital services

  • Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled

  • If a payment fails, access will be removed and will only be reinstated once the account is brought back into good standing.

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing: angela@virtualentrepreneurcity.com

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (no partial refunds are issued)

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via email or inside the Portal

  • Cancellation request has to be sent a minimum of 3 days prior to the renewal date

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms

  • In rare cases, the Company may cancel and offer a pro-rated refund at its discretion

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, documents, and trainings within the Membership and on our Site are the intellectual property of Virtual Entrepreneurcity. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other members and keep confidential all proprietary materials, personal insights shared in the community, group discussions, strategies, and access links.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others

  • Violate anyone’s rights or privacy

  • Infringe on intellectual property

  • Use the community or content for illegal or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or remove you from the Membership and platform for misuse or violations.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you understand and accept any risks involved in personal and business development work, including potential emotional discomfort or unexpected results. You agree to participate voluntarily.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your participation or use of the Membership.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company and its representatives from any legal claims, losses, or costs that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Membership or Site.

11. Third-Party Links & Offers

We may include links to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any third-party websites or offers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the membership portal, and members will be notified via email when appropriate.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration through ICC United Kingdom.

14. Severability

If any section of this agreement is found invalid under applicable law, the rest of the Terms shall remain fully enforceable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or inside the program portal. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
