By enrolling during 15 - 20 April 2026, you are purchasing at the promotional rate currently advertised. Your $300 saving is locked in and will not increase after purchase.

Any bonuses or additional incentives listed on the Sold Out Masterclass information page at the time of your purchase are included with your enrollment. Bonus availability is not guaranteed after 20th of April 2026.

Enrollment during April 15 - 20 does not change any other terms in this agreement. All sales are final, and the no-refund policy applies regardless of enrollment period.

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Your spot is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend live sessions, or personal circumstances.

Program Access & Recordings

Sold Out Masterclass is a program with a pre-recorded library. You will receive access to all session recordings inside a private members' portal.

Access begins upon confirmed payment and is for your personal use only. Full access opens up on April 21st.

You may not share your login credentials, recordings, materials, or any program content with any third party. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose any part of this program in any form.

You will keep lifetime access to the Sold Out Masterclass pre-recorded library and community.

We will run a live cohort between April 27th and May 30th that includes exclusive access to 5 live sessions with strategy, implementation, and Q&A. Those are hosted on Mondays at 12 pm ET / 6 pm CET.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, scripts, trainings, and recordings shared during Sold Out Masterclass are the exclusive intellectual property of Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC.

No part of this program may be reproduced, distributed, taught, or repurposed without prior written permission from Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC.

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, implementation, and individual business circumstances. Any testimonials, income examples, or case studies shared are real results from real participants, but they are not a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes for you.

Program Schedule & Changes

Sold Out Masterclass is a live program with a pre-recorded library. Session dates, times, and delivery format are planned in advance and will be communicated to registered participants. Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC reserves the right to adjust session scheduling or format if necessary. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes in advance.

In the unlikely event that the program cannot be delivered as planned, Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC will make reasonable arrangements to fulfill its obligations to participants.

Participant Conduct

By joining Sold Out Masterclass, you agree to show up with professionalism and respect for your fellow participants, the facilitators, and the community space. Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful, without refund.
