These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in The Revenue Suite, provided by Angela Sundust on behalf of Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any content, you ("Member") agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Scope of Membership

Upon joining The Revenue Suite, you receive access to:

• The Sales Portal, a full training library covering mindset and identity, marketing and positioning, lead generation, and the daily sales system, self-paced. These sessions will be added as we go, starting September 2026.

• The Room, a private community space for connection, support, and engagement with other members

• The Template Vault, including DM scripts, email templates, and strategy frameworks

• Live Support inside the community space

• Weekly live calls, rotating through Strategy, Q&A, Accountability, and Implementation

• Recordings of all live calls, added to the portal for members who cannot attend live

We reserve the right to update or replace features with equal or improved alternatives as needed.

2. Client Agreement

By joining, you agree to:

• Be responsible for your own implementation, outcomes, and decisions

• Participate actively and respectfully in the membership and community

• Remain open to the Coach's approach and methods

• Acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and may vary

• Understand that this Membership is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment

• Communicate during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET

Communication outside the above hours is not guaranteed, although occasional responses may be provided if deemed valuable.

3. Payment, Refund & Renewal

By joining, you understand that:

• Payment is due upon enrollment and billed monthly

• No refunds are provided for digital products, services, or memberships

• The membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled

• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is settled

• You may cancel at any time by emailing angela@virtualentrepreneurcity.com, at least 3 business days before your next renewal date, to ensure cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

• No partial refunds are issued for time remaining in your billing period

• Founding pricing is offered for a limited number of spots or a limited time, at the Company's discretion, and once no longer offered, will not be reinstated for that member's account

4. Cancellation and Termination

By joining The Revenue Suite, you understand that:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via email

• The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms

• In rare cases, the Coach may cancel a membership and offer a pro-rated refund at their discretion

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, documents, templates, and training within The Revenue Suite and on our Site are the intellectual property of Angela Sundust and Virtual Entrepreneurcity LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit written consent.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other members and keep confidential all proprietary materials, personal insights shared in the community, group discussions, strategies, and access links.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others

• Violate anyone's rights or privacy

• Infringe on intellectual property

• Use the community or content for illegal or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or remove you from the Membership and platform for misuse or violations.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you understand and accept any risks involved in personal and business development work, including potential emotional discomfort or unexpected results. You agree to participate voluntarily.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your participation or use of the Membership.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company and its representatives from any legal claims, losses, or costs that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Membership or Site.

11. Third-Party Links & Offers

We may include links to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any third-party websites or offers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and members will be notified via email when appropriate.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

14. Severability

If any section of this agreement is found invalid under applicable law, the rest of the Terms shall remain fully enforceable.
