This is a one-month private coaching experience designed to support your next best step. Your 30-day container includes:

The container lasts for 30 consecutive days from your chosen start date. All sessions must be used within the 30-day period, unused sessions will not roll over. You are responsible for booking your weekly calls within the timeframe.

The investment is $950 (or 2 x $475 split payments). All payments are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to complete both payments, regardless of participation or results. Missed payments will result in immediate suspension of coaching access until payment is made.

If full payment is not received within 30 days of a missed due date, your access will be permanently revoked, and no refund will be issued for prior payments.

WhatsApp communication and coaching conversations will be treated with confidentiality, except where required by law.

The Coach reserves the right to end the container early in cases of misconduct, breach of agreement, or misuse of support. If this occurs, no refund will be issued.

You may not cancel or pause the container once it begins. All payments remain due and no extensions will be granted without prior written agreement.

This coaching container is designed to move you forward, but specific outcomes (including income, client bookings, or launch results) are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to release the Coach and Virtual Entrepreneurcity Ltd from any liability related to decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience as a result of this coaching.

We believe in resolving any issues respectfully and directly. If needed, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under ICC United Kingdom, held in London, UK.

These terms are governed by UK law, regardless of your location or where you enrolled from.

This document reflects the full agreement between you and Angela Sundust Coaching Ltd for the One-Month Private Coaching Container. By joining, you agree to all terms listed.
