We’ll support you throughout the 12-week journey, but you’re responsible for showing up and doing the work.

You agree to take part in the coaching methods and tools shared inside the program. The Coach may adjust or tailor elements of the program based on what’s needed. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, your success depends on your own effort and action. You acknowledge and agree that live sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded and understand that recordings may be shared with other program participants as part of the program materials. The Company reserves the right to update or modify program delivery, platforms, tools, or structure as needed, provided the core program experience remains materially the same.

This program is educational and business-focused. The Coach is not a medical professional or licensed therapist. If you are under medical care or taking any prescribed medication, consult your doctor before starting. This program is not a replacement for therapy or medical support.

All course materials, frameworks, recordings, and intellectual property are owned by Virtual Entrepreneurcity Ltd. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any of the materials in any format without written permission. Program access is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, assigned, or sublicensed to any other person.

The Coach reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement or behave in a way that disrupts the program, community, or other participants. If this happens, no refund will be given, and you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments on your plan, regardless of whether you continue to access the program.

If the Coach ends the agreement for reasons not related to a breach of terms, and you’ve prepaid for program access not yet delivered, a partial refund may be offered at the Coach’s discretion.

You may not cancel or terminate this agreement once enrolled. Once enrolled, you are fully responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, whether or not you participate in or complete the program.

We are all expected to act in good faith. That means being honest, respectful, and operating with integrity throughout the coaching relationship.

We don’t guarantee income, results, or business growth. While this program is designed to support you, your outcomes will depend on your choices, actions, and commitment. All information is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

By enrolling, you accept all risks related to participating in the program. The Company and Coach are not responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from your use of the program content, decisions you make, or actions you take.

If an issue arises, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Kingdom. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, and the seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom.

The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on all parties, and all parties agree to cooperate fully in the arbitration process.

This agreement is governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK law, regardless of where the Client is located or enrolled from.
