Terms of Purchase

The Launch Academy - Terms & Agreement

By enrolling in The Launch Academy, whether through full payment, a payment plan, or other means, you agree to the terms below. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Angela Sundust Coaching Ltd (“Coach” or “Company”).

1. What You’re Getting

When you join The Launch Academy, you’ll get:

Weekly group calls on Zoom
Bonuses listed on the checkout page (including any pay-in-full ones)
Lifetime (program lifetime) access to all materials and replays
Access to our private online community for support and connection
Personalized ‘self-work’ assignments to help you make real business progress

We’ll support you throughout the journey, but you’re responsible for showing up and doing the work.

2. How the Program Works

You agree to take part in the coaching methods and tools shared inside the program. The Coach may adjust or tailor elements of the program based on what’s needed. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, your success depends on your own effort and action.

3. Health Disclaimer

This program is educational and business-focused. Coach is not a medical professional or licensed therapist. If you are under medical care or taking any prescribed medication, consult your doctor before starting. This program is not a replacement for therapy or medical support.

4. Payments, Access, and Refund Policy

You agree to pay the full program fee, either in one payment or in installments, depending on the payment plan you selected at checkout.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This is to encourage full commitment to the process.
Payment plans are not cancellable. By enrolling, you commit to completing all agreed-upon payments, regardless of participation or completion.
If any payment is missed or declined, your access to the program, community, trainings, and coaching calls will be immediately suspended until the payment is made in full.
A 3% daily late fee applies to overdue payments, up to 30 days. If full payment is not made within 30 days, the Coach has the right to terminate your access entirely. Amounts already paid will not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, and recordings are owned by Angela Sundust Coaching Ltd. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any of the materials in any format without written permission.

6. Termination Policy

The Coach reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement or behave in a way that disrupts the program, community, or other participants. If this happens, no refund will be given, and you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments on your plan, regardless of whether you continue to access the program.

If the Coach ends the agreement for reasons not related to a breach of terms, and you’ve prepaid for program access not yet delivered, a partial refund may be offered at the Coach’s discretion.

You, as the Client, cannot cancel or terminate this agreement. Once enrolled, you are fully responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, whether or not you participate in or complete the program.

7. Mutual Respect

We are all expected to act in good faith. That means being honest, respectful, and operating with integrity throughout the coaching relationship.

8. Guarantees

We don’t guarantee income, results, or business growth. While this program is designed to support you, your outcomes will depend on your choices, actions, and commitment. All information is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you accept all risks related to participating in the program. The Coach is not responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from your use of the program content, decisions you make, or actions you take.

10. Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises, we’ll first attempt to resolve it through direct conversation. If needed, any disputes will be handled through formal arbitration under ICC United Kingdom, with proceedings held in London, UK. The arbitration will be binding, and all parties agree to cooperate fully in the process.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK law, regardless of where the Client is located or enrolled from.

12. Entire Agreement

This document is the complete agreement between you and Angela Sundust Coaching Ltd. It replaces any previous verbal or written discussions. By joining the program, you agree to all the terms listed above.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or inside the program portal. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
